WHY I CREATED THIS
I built this for the version of me who was working two jobs without a roadmap.
I came to the United States from Cameroon in 2016. I worked as a mechanic by day and delivered pizza at night, earning about $35,000 a year across both jobs. I was working hard, but I needed a system that could turn sacrifice into ownership.
In 2019, I opened my first used car dealership. It crossed $700,000 in revenue that first year. Today, I have built a short term rental portfolio, a multi location dealership, a GPS company, and a SaaS company coming soon.
I created this guide to explain the lessons I had to learn the hard way, in plain language you can act on today.
